We establish a color-testing system and use Datacolor Spectro 500 to measure colors. A powerful database was established to quickly and accurately simulate color, draw up formulas, and hand them over to automatic equipment for dye liquor preparation. Finally, the sample and the prepared dye liquor are sent to the automatic prototype machine to simulate workshop production and manufacture fabric. After confirmation, the formula is then submitted to the production department to put into production.
